What we are looking for

An innovative self-starter that has an insatiable desire and curiosity for eCommerce, technology and premium adventure products. The ideal candidate would be a technologist at heart, but enjoy the challenge of pursuing different outdoor adventures: Offroading, Overlanding, Surfing, Fishing, etc The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for managing various eCommerce experiences/processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of and other web platforms. You will be immersed in a culture that promotes your own personal and professional growth through self-awareness and improvement, servant leadership, and honing your raw talent and skill.


  • Develop KC’s E-Commerce merchandising strategy (across multiple platforms), with a focus on discoverability, product compatibility/applicability, search engine optimization, and customer experience.
  • Manage key in-site experiences and tools, including but not limited to Klevu, Nextopia, ConvertCart, etc.
  • Manage processes around publishing cross-department content and updates with an emphasis on standardization, measurement / tracking, process, and cost-effective execution.
  • Manage curation and integration of key media from multiple platforms and sources, with an emphasis on media structuring and optimization.
  • Manage multiple layers of in-site merchandising and the continuous optimization of products with an emphasis on discoverability and conversion rate optimization.
  • Research, support and execute the A/B testing strategy alongside an ongoing E-Commerce road map.
  • Provide critical support to the Director of E-commerce in planning and executing day-to-day operations of all our web platforms, including but not limited to, forecasting and capacity planning activities, pricing management, and promotional activities. (See details below)
  • Support E-commerce efforts in launching and maintaining product offerings, pricing, lifecycle phases, and promotional strategies to drive continued top-line sales growth and lifetime value of our customers.
  • Support planning of E-commerce product roadmap and test new tools, site features, and 3rd party SAAS tools while aligning them to operational milestones during releases.
  • Provide support in prioritizing initiatives through qualitative and quantitative reporting and analysis.
  • SEO keyword research and content mapping with continuous updates.


  • 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce roles, preferably for a retailer of hardline good or electronics space (Premium Brand)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in executing pricing & promotional strategies & tactics, and/or operations
  • Operational experience using Commerce tools and Promotional engines, preferably SAGE, Shopify, and most importantly Magento 2.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, and
  • Strong working knowledge of web integration tools like Zapier
  • Flexible approach to working hours to support global business operations; ability and willingness to work outside of traditional business hours.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track record of using data to influence informed decisions.
  • Creative and open-minded professional who is adaptive to change and able to function in a dynamic business environment, under tight deadlines.
  • Can maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information.
  • Proficiency in using G-Suite (Especially Google Sheets)

What we are looking for

KC Partner Experience (CX) representatives answer basic questions about KC products and help facilitate partner needs. They are the front line for all calls and emails, making sure customers get a quick and complete response to their concerns.

CX Mission Statement: To provide industry-leading customer service to the KC Family, so that we set the standard and inspire our community.


  • Answer basic tech questions about KC products
  • Answer basic questions about KC Partner accounts
  • Facilitate the Warranty/RMA process for KC Partners in cooperation with the Warranty team
  • Provide order status information
  • Facilitate order updates including cancellations
  • Provide dealer pricing information and take dealer phone orders
  • Take calls and answer email tickets pertaining to KC Partners


  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Minimum 1 year experience with CRM; Zendesk preferred
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Solid problem-solving ability
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to learn quickly and grow with the business
  • Experience with hard-line goods manufacturing a plus
  • Experience with Shopify preferred
